2nd Annual BBQ

My uncle Don held his 2nd Annual BBQ at his shop.  He's been the owner of his company for 22 years!!   For the BBQ, and because my uncle is SO important to me, I made him a cake.  He's my only biological uncle left (I love my uncle Eric to bits) and he's helped me out so much.   With my van (he's a mechanic) but just knowing that he's also my buddy.  I love him immensely. 

So, here it is :)

(Note: This is what it looked like before I set it up on location.  This isn't the final product.  When I got on location, I piped all around the bottom of the top tier to cover my fondant covered board)
